OUR STORY

In the ever evolving Bangkok restaurant scene, Eat Me Restaurant is a staple; well established but always riding the edge of contemporary. The place you can rely on to have your favourite dish on the menu, yet also offer something you haven’t tried before. With a stand alone bar that is destinational in its own right, there’s every reason to just come for sundowners before dinner, but also every reason to create your own degustation over Eat Me’s three levels, with dinner upstairs and private dining on the top floor. And regulars and travellers alike love the fact late night dining is a 7 day a week option, with last orders until 1am every night and not a single chair put onto a table while you finish your housemade chocolate vodka. It’s an offer to be completely comfortable in an entirely special experience.

OUR FOOD

With a name like Eat Me, you’d expect a little boundary pushing when it comes to the menu. And so it is. Chef Tim Butler prioritises ingredients above all else; sourcing the most flavour-forward aspects of each season and allowing those individual elements to be the star of each plate. In combination with intuition crafted over years of experience, dishes are always based on sustainably derived components, paired in a well balanced yet unique way.

Put simply, you will find flavours at Eat Me that you won’t find anywhere else, carrying the ethos of originality that runs as a well loved theme throughout the restaurant’s entire approach.

OUR DRINKS

If the food wasn’t so good, you could be forgiven for never making it past the bar when you first walk through the leafy entrance at Eat Me. In fact many would argue you can have your pre dinner drinks and amuse bouche all at the same time with mixologist Pop Direkrittkul’s famed ‘Sip Some Thai’ cocktail list. With ingredients such as toasted rice, Thai anchovy and shallot meeting the world’s premium choice of spirits, under Pop’s expertise Eat Me has been ahead of the curve in raising the bar on locally influenced cocktails. Pun very much intended.

You are also welcome to order an Eat Me original, offering a unique take on a classic; spotlighting small batch brewers and unsung distillers in combination with house made tinctures and infusions. Or simply take a seat, share your favourite ingredients across the bar and see what bespoke creation is shaken or stirred right before you.
